I've been here twice in the last month and both experiences were awful. Extremely slow service, my order was incorrectly taken both times even though I repeated it multiple times. Not only was the wrong sandwich made but when I asked if it had the exact same ingredients they said yes. I then took a bite, and it was completely different. I was then treated like I was an annoyance, sorry I'm trying to work around my lactose intolerance. I will be avoiding this location like the plague.
Make sure you ask for a stir stick!!! I haven't had a stirred coffee or tea in weeks.... Sugar is always just sitting at the bottom of the cup!
Today I came this place to buy some ice cup but the stuff of this place is so disrespectful specially the guy who take the order in drive true he is very rude and he make fun of customer he make me Waite for about ten minutes and then he said there is no any ice cup while I was giving the order he was laughing on me, it hurts me because customers are not the reason for laughing for such un polite stuff.
They took long time for only tea and donate bad stuff and bad service, I’m really feel sorry for others costumers. The drink is cold too
Staff never seem like they're awake enough in the mornings to be efficient! Usually 4 ppl at the front and they can't seem to move the drive thru quick enough to make it worth visiting. There are times when 4 people can be at drive-thru, and I can wait what seems an eternity at the front cash waiting for service. They look at you, and keep walking away.
