Check your order to make sure its accurate. They will try to rip you off. I ordered a turkey bacon club with cheese. Didn't check it and went to work. It was a mayo and tomato sandwich. No meat or cheese, whcih they charge extra for. legit worst place to go in town. They will try to rip you off if given the chance.
location is nice because it’s on the way to my work, but the Filipino staff member there was very rude. I repeated my order several times, but he wasn’t listening. I’m not sure if he struggles with English or following instructions, but he seemed confused. He looked like a new hire, maybe around 20 years old. His name is unique and but I can’t remember the full name. I would not recommend this place due to poor customer service.
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap around 11:30 AM, but it was not grilled properly at all. The wrap was barely warm. If it's called a grilled wrap, it should actually be grilled properly. Tim Hortons should pay more attention to food quality and preparation. Earlier, I also tried an English muffin that was not toasted, which was disappointing as well.
