Ok customer service
I ordered an iced coffee from Tim Hortons and specifically asked for less ice expecting to get more actual coffee. Instead, they gave me half a cup of coffee . So not only did they put less ice, but they also gave less coffee. Makes no sense at all. If I’m paying full price, I expect a full drink. Very disappointing.
Not bad. Overall it’s okay.
Me and my dad came during our road trip and First of all the woman who took our order got my dad’s order wrong. My dad ordered a steep tea and he got coffee and Tim Hortons coffee is too strong for my dad’s system so he can’t drink it. My bagel had barely any cream cheese and my quencher had more ice than the actual drink when I asked for little ice. We waited up to 10 minutes for 2 drinks, a sandwich and a bagel.
