Always loved Timmies. But, definitely the customer service mostly around the GTA has deteriorated over the years. Starting from the warm welcoming to services. Tim Hortons has been a Canadian pride, please don't let it be just a coffee shop at the corner. I hope the managers will be more strict on their hiring process and training before it all slips off.
Worst location to dine out. No seating available and manager doesn't do anything to fix it.
