This location is incredibly slow. I came on Sunday just after noon. I stood on the same spot for like 10 minutes before I turned around and left. I'm not sure if they were preparing catering for a small party or what, and I didnt stick around to find out
The people are really nice at this location, and food and drinks are decent. However, they do not pay attention to the order details, esp extra sauce requests - I usually order from the App, and PAY for extra sauces on wraps and sandwiches, but they ignore the paid add-on. It's unfortunate that they choose to rip-off customers. The picture is just one example of many - I paid for Mayo and Chipotle, and the sandwich came with neither of the two.
I come here often for coffee, and I want to mention one of your employees - Volodymyr. He’s a really friendly guy who always lifts your spirits. His positive attitude kind of brightens the whole day. Great service and good vibes. Thanks!
