The Tim Hortons on Portage Avenue felt cozy but chaotic during my visit. The morning was quiet, but later, the line stretched long—frustratingly, mobile orders were mishandled, with staff seeming confused and unhelpful. Despite friendly service, the wait felt endless, and my order was delayed despite showing the number. The standalone shop has limited seating and no drive-thru, so parking nearby was a must. If you go, avoid mobile orders and arrive early to skip the chaos.
Came here after having a hard upsetting day and wanted to end my night with a sweet treat at my favorite place. It is absolutely preposterous the way Ishri, the manager assisted me with my order. Extremely unfriendly, not welcoming and and his hygiene? Mortifying. As a manager he should set a better example for not only the customers, but his employees too. I came to this Tim Hortons to address a conflict that had occurred between my nephew and the manager. Unfortunately, the way the manager, Ishri handled the situation was extremely frustrating and disrespectful. My nephew had previously had an issue with the manager regarding the mobile app and felt that the manager had spoken to him disrespectfully and with unnecessary attitude.
