Friendly service. Coffee was perfect, Tim bits were fresh and they had lots of variety.
Dirty bathroom and not so great customer service.
I went to pick up a DoorDash order around 3:30 PM. I politely asked for some water. I already had my own bottle and only asked for a refill or even a disposable cup. The staff refused everything, even a simple disposable glass. I pick up orders from many other stores and no other store behaves like this. Asking for water is basic human courtesy. The behavior was rude and disrespectful. They should be ashamed for denying something so simple. Very disappointing experience. Staff attitude needs improvement.
