Visited this Tim Horton last night and got a fresh, hot coffee even though it was late. The coffee was smooth and perfectly made. The customer service was excellent, and the employee at the window had a great smile and positive attitude

I ordered the bagel belt breakfast sandwich and asked for both bacon AND sausage. Got the sausage, but no bacon. I ordered in a clear voice. My voice is distinctive, i have earned a living with my voice. What Im getting to, is people need to work on their ability to hear correctly. From now on I'm asking for a receipt. So that i can confirm my order when its wrong. Today, with no receipt and it being busy here, it's too much hassle to get it fixed, and I am hungry.
