This tim Hortons assists with violating our charter of rights and freedoms. An individual was filming outside of this tim Hortons towards portage and the staff weaponized the Winnipeg police service to have them charged when they were on public property. I was brought to Winnipeg from Alberta to help with collecting a recount of the person's foot steps which only required me to be on public sidewalks and they attempted to have me arrested as well when I never entered the property.
Worst possible location in the city traffic for drive-thru is usually backed out in the Portage Avenue occluding it to only two lanes instead of three when it should be four

The staff is friendly, the parking is very limited. There’s also a drive-through as well.
