I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered 4 drinks, but they made my order incorrectly. The staff member at the drive-thru speaker was rude and didn’t seem interested in helping. When I got to the window, there was no greeting or basic customer service. The overall experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. I understand that mistakes happen, but being polite and treating customers with respect should be the minimum. I hope management works on improving both customer service and order accuracy.
Waited in line for 8-10 minutes, just to order inside. No one was in front of me. Staff were just concentrating on Skip and drive thru orders. Obviously, more staff needed. Maybe the owner will realize that with enough complaints and spend what is needed for decent service.
