The lady who took our order was so lovely and kind. There was a delay on my wrap but she made sure to get my attention and kindly let me know why. Thanks so much for your lovely service!
i waited for 10 mins infront of the counter and none of them came to take order even though i called them twice. everyone just simply ignored
Messed up a simple steep tea not once not twice but 3 times how hard is it to make a tea where in that sentence did I mention a coffee? Made 3 coffees trying to fix the one item I ordered ridiculous
very friendly staff , positive surrounding when I ask for glass of water they immidiatly provide without any hasitation which shows good customer service.
I tried to order an iced coffee with my survey they give out. The cashier told me their manager said they don't accept them and after speaking with the manager made it out like I was lieing about actually doing the survey. Very disappointed to the treatment and honestly wonder why they even offer the survey if they will not redeem them. Took to a different store with no issues. Will NOT return to this store
