Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. We placed our order through the self-service kiosk and ordered a vanilla iced latte, another cold drink, two BLT sandwiches, and two donuts. We waited quite a while, and when our order arrived, the iced latte was served hot. We were told that we had selected the wrong option, although to their credit, they did offer to replace it.
