Service is terrible. And didn't have enough eggs to make our order. Who runs a breakfast/coffee shop and doesn't have enough eggs? Employees need to know what customer service is.
We ordered 2 large vanilla iced coffees and they tasted off. When we mentioned it, we had a worker open and sniff our coffee when we complained about it tasting off to see if she could smell vanilla, she said she could. so we paid for extra vanilla. It still tasted bad. By the time this was done our " iced coffee" had no ice in it. Very poor quality and very poor service by both staff who we spoke to
