I visited this location three times in two weeks. Firstly. The Unenthusiastic Young Staff had no eye contact and acknowledgment of your presence. staff ignored me and Never have steep tea ready and brewed fresh. Why? Cause staffed don't Care. If I had to wait for steep tea twice? I lost all my Out in society patience on these Wage workers'. Wake up.... Young people. Don't Play on your phone when mystery shopper in your business. Make sure you ACKNOWLEDGE your customers. The homeless people are mystery shoppers too....
They’re friendly and serve my steeped tea right 😊. Nice to have the mobile pick up option.
