Did a drive through order, it all looked good until we got to the window! Coffees were wrong, donuts order was also incorrect, stall seemed unhappy with us sending the order, eventually the correct items were given. Usually a great place to order from, oh well stuff happens!

I had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of the staff. They were rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in helping or listening. Simple questions were met with an unprofessional attitude, which made the situation uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service should be polite and respectful, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I hope management addresses this issue and provides proper training so future customers are treated better.

I go to this tims everyday, sometimes twice a day, the morning staff are great, have my order ready and no issues, iris and deb are awesome and always so nice to everyone and go above and beyond! my problem is anytime I go and its the evening/weekend staff its such a difference in customer service. I get the same thing every time I go coffee and a bagel with cream cheese with a butter knife so I can evenly spread the cream cheese onto both sides of the bagel, iris always loads up the cream cheese (you pay extra for it so mak... read more
