Super mad at this time Hortons right now . My order for 3 ice caps and 2 grill cheese with turkey on them came out to 52 ! On skip the dishes . I tried to order a side of chipotle on the side so they didn't put it on there but they didn't have that option on skip the dishes . So I called in and said can you please put the chipolte on the side and they said ok . I get my order and it didn't come in the bag I phone in and the person there working says chipolte on the side cost money like 50 cents . So your going to ruin my 52 ... read more

I ordered the new Vanilla Ice Matcha Coffee, and I asked the staff to put less ice in my drink. They told me that they cannot make any modifications to the ice because it is a new and more expensive coffee. Honestly, this is extremely disappointing customer service. If a customer is simply asking for less ice, I don’t understand why that cannot be accommodated. You are going to lose customers because of this kind of attitude and unnecessary restriction.
