Upon entering I was 3rd in line. There had to be at-least 8-9 people working, and I was in there for a total of 15m before my order was taken. The drive-thru was only accepting cash, and basically everyone that came-in from the drive thru got to by-pass the line? Food was like every other Tim Hortons. Just a bunch of unfortunate events that led up to my review today.
Drive thru was closed when my husband and I got there (no big deal). My husband went inside to place our order. During this time, the drive thru opened back up. I watched a dozen cars go through the drive thru while my husband waited in line with five other customers just to get his order. Disappointed that priority is placed on drive thru customers when actual people are standing in front of them.
