Stopped by Tim Hortons and was honestly impressed by the customer service. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and actually seemed happy to be there — which is rare these days. My order was taken quickly and correctly, with a smile and great energy. Even during the rush, they kept things moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. It’s that kind of warm, respectful service that keeps me coming back. A simple coffee run turned into a genuinely pleasant experience.
Great place, great staff and delicious beverages
I visited Tim Hortons in the morning and was in a hurry for work, but Muskan made my day with her excellent service! She prepared my order quickly and efficiently, ensuring I got everything I needed without delay. Not only was she professional, but she was also kind and welcoming with her beautiful smile added such a positive touch to my morning.Thank you for the wonderful service I truly appreciate it.
Went through drive through, was asked to pull forward so they could bring it out. After waiting several minutes I had to go inside to get food. As I did it they informed me they were bringing it out right now. They guy who brought my food also brought out garbage to throw out. Extremely unsanitary. Just give it in the window next time.
I stop here almost every night before work, Navjyot and Komal are always very friendly and the coffee is always made well 10/10
