This is the second time in one week that my order has been incorrect. The first time, I ordered two medium cold brews with 2 milk and 1 sweetener, but both were missing the sweetener. Today, I ordered a medium steeped tea with 2 milk and 2 sugar, but it was made with 2 cream instead, and the tea didn’t taste fresh. I also ordered an everything bagel, double toasted with extra butter, but it didn’t have the butter. The entire experience was frustrating and wastage of money at this location.
I always enjoy visiting Tim Hortons on Waverley Street. The restaurant is consistently clean, the food is fresh, and the coffee is always prepared just the way I like it. What really makes this location stand out is the outstanding customer service. Jasmeen is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely customer-oriented.
