I was really happy with my order from Waverly Tim Hortons. The food was perfect… it was fresh, warm, and full of flavour. I would also like to appreciate Jasmeen, who was very kind and helpful. I have never encountered a store manager as bossy, disrespectful, and lacking in customer service skills as the manager at this location (an East Indian lady). She frequently tells customers, “I am the boss here, I am going to ban you from shopping at this store,” even when the situation is not the customer’s fault.
