I had such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. My order was taken quickly, prepared perfectly, and served with a smile. The customer service team truly went above and beyond to make me feel valued. It’s always a pleasure to stop by and be greeted with such warmth and efficiency. I went to the this Tim Hortons with a valid survey receipt that clearly states I can redeem it for any size French Vanilla. However, the staff member named Rajesh refused to honor it and told me he could only give me a medium size because he had instructions from the manager Kartik Patel. I called the manager, and he confirmed that he had indeed instructed Rajesh to only serve medium. I stop by Tim Hortons almost every day for my coffee, and it’s become a part of my routine. The staff are always friendly and usually have my order ready before I even say it, there’s something really comforting about that kind of consistency. The coffee is exactly what I need to start my day, and on days when I’m extra hungry, their breakfast sandwiches or wraps hit the spot. It’s not fancy, but it’s dependable, affordable, and feels familiar. I appreciate the little moments of calm in the morning with my cup of Tims.
Every day this location make my day beautiful with their great coffee and fresh breakfast. I experience same felling on my every visit. All staff is so friendly and very nice as always.
