App didn’t work, debit didn’t work, good thing I had enough cash, and after all that, I received my breakfast sandwich with cheese on it after saying twice while ordering…”NO CHEESE,” so I threw it out!
Was at drive through here today. And I was still ordering items and in the middle of the order i was asked to come to the next window. I was not done ordering yet. And when I asked the staff there to change one of the item in the order, their response was it is already made and cannot be changed. What kind of customer service is this.
