Worst Tim Hortons in the city. Today I waited in their drive thru for over 20 minutes, only to be told that they didn't have the bagel I ordered. I don't understand why they would not have checked before saying "come on up." Also, the girl at the drive thru window was rather indifferent. After waiting 20 minutes, maybe offer something as a consolation? This Tim Hortons is always slow but this time was especially horrible. For the record, this was between 12 and 1230pm.
Aiden best worker ever
I think the staff really needs to pay attention when a customer ask for a specific drink. When you ask for a steeped tea and you make a coffee instead, that's 2 days in a row it was made wrong.
