Very bad. Close generally 10 pm but they close 9.46 pm. Service is very bad. They are careless to service

If I could give the day staff a 5 star rating for their service and food prep, I would! And I would give the night staff a 1 so instead I’m giving this location a 3 star to meet them half way. 5 stars to the day staff for always making the coffees right. Why does the night staff always make everything I order wrong?! I work night shifts and having a good coffee for the night always makes a difference.
I used the self order kiosk and waited for almost 10mins for my order. I informed the staff member about my situation and that is the only time he checked for the order. What is the use of a self order kiosk if its not going to be checked often?
