On October 3, 2026, around 9:30 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The employee was rude and responded aggressively. My order was also completely different from what I requested. I politely asked her to fix it, but she was still rude. Customers deserve respectful and professional service.
On Saturday October 3, 2026 around 10:25pm, I ordered through drive and the girl that was serving gave me a wrong drink and I asked her politely that this is not my order. She replied very rudely and asked me to adjust it myself. And she started yelling at me. Very rude and bad customer service.
Waited at the cash register to order for quite a while watching the drive-thru customers get served. Finally left and got my food elsewhere.
I waited for more than 20 minutes. I literally ordered donuts that just needed to be put in a box. More than 10 people who came after me got their orders before me. I went up to the counter three times to ask about my order.
