I have always supported Timmies but this morning put me right off. Because the app is so finicky I ended up with 4 hash browns instead of 2. When the order was ready I headed out. Sadly no napkins, no forks ( had a box in my order) the box was upside-down so no semblance ot order inside. No ketchup Extremely disappointed in the order and the service
