We accidentally ordered three Orange Pekoe teas by mistake and realized it right away. Within one minute, we went back to let them know and explained that it was an error on our part. In the past, they’ve also given us the wrong order a few times, but we never made a big issue out of it and still accepted it. This time, however, even though we went back immediately, the manager was extremely rude and refused to help us. She told us we had to order and pay again, which felt very unfair.
