Waited 20 minutes to get a small double double. This place is always either understaffed or the employees don’t know what they’re doing!
They're usually quite busy in the mornings with long lines, but the self-order stands help speed things up a bit, even though it still gets busy. I plan to keep going there, but probably only during class hours.
