This restaurant is terribly run. I ordered a cream cheese bagel and an iced coffee. Got the iced coffee and had to wait 10 minutes to get my bagel. When I got it, it was cold and had butter instead of cream cheese. The employees are also rude and lack basic manners.
On September 1, I placed an order in the app. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, I saw my name on the board stating "serving Now". I made my way to the front of the line. By the time I got to the front, my name had disappeared from the board. They couldn't find my order and had to create another order when I showed them my order in my emails. I had a great experience at Tim Hortons, and I especially want to recognize the manager. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. It’s clear that she cares about both the customers and her team. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant experience!
I visited this tim hortons today( September 8) at 11pm with my friends and left disappointed by both the service and the hygiene I observed. One female employee was working around food and drinks with her long hair open and uncovered, repeatedly touching her hair without washing her hands before taking orders and preparing food.
