I placed a mobile order through the Tim Hortons app for immediate pickup and arrived at the store about 8 minutes later. When I arrived, my coffee and donut were already sitting at the pickup area, but my bagel hadn’t been made. Hire more than 3 people. Seriously, the orders take forever and the staff have a heavy burden placed on them as it is.

Shoutout to Arsh at Tim Hortons! I visited this location recently and had a minor issue with my order. Arsh( Manager) stepped in immediately, handled it with incredible kindness, and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Great customer service is hard to find, but she truly delivered.
