Ash (the manager) is doing such an amazing job!
Terrible experience every single time. They never make coffee properly , it’s always full of ice, even after telling them multiple times to put less. Syrup is often missing too, even when it’s clearly ordered. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her body language makes it obvious she doesn’t want to take orders or deal with customers at all. On top of that, she doesn’t wear a hair net or gloves, which is honestly disgusting for a food place. Overall, awful service, bad attitude, and zero hygiene standards.
Waiting half an hour for order they said after we don’t have in stock.
