Arsh (manager)—she’s always friendly, organized, and professional. She keeps everything running smoothly, even during busy times, and creates a great experience for both customers and staff. Evening staff require more training.
The lady that works evenings that wears a tim hortons vest and wears blush makeup does not care about the quality of the food. She looks like a supervisor or the manager of the place. She either needs to be re-trained or fired. I ordered crispy chicken bacon wrap and it didn't have bacon in it. I got scraps of chicken with mostly breadings. The tortilla wrap was destroyed and she should've just restarted from scratch. I also ordered the bacon Flatbread Pizza and it barely had any cheese/cream cheese plus the bacon was burnt.... read more
