I had a great experience at Tim Hortons recently. The atmosphere was cozy, the coffee was fresh, and the staff were friendly
If you’re not set up to take mobile orders then don’t accept mobile orders. 20 minutes for a drink because your staff ignores mobile orders isn’t acceptable.
I was impressed with the prompt and efficient service I received.
The staff mostly ignore my order if I use mobile order or it takes too long to prepare the food. It needs more improvement from now on.
