This is the absolute best tim hortons. Coffee is always perfect, food is always made correctly, and the staff are all amazing. This is literally the only hortons I go to anymore since the rest of them have all gone downhill big time.
This location is mostly decent. It is not disability friendly though and they often hire people that are deaf or don't speak English to be taking orders. Everything else is pretty good overall.
