When I arrived there was a huge lineup around the building of cars waiting for the drive-thru. I went inside thinking there would be a slight delay, but maybe a bit faster than the drive-thru. I was served instantly with no delay and when I came outside the car that I was behind was also just finished getting their food. Came in for a bagel and coffee, my bagel was not toasted, nor cut. i had taken a couple bites out of the bagel just to realize that there was a full on dog hair inside my bagel. absolutely disgusting, i’ve came to this location many times and every time there’s been something wrong.
Please check your items when you order drive through in this location.They got my order completely wrong , charged $9 extra for the food that was never given . Manager did not bother to apologize or resolve the situation.
