Went here around 7:30pm on Tuesday. Drove back to eat my lunch just to notice raw chicken in my habanero loaded wrap, then had to take the time to drive back just to get a refund and the guy tried denying that the chicken was raw… would not get food here again. This could have gotten me really sick if I wouldn’t have noticed it
I use the drive through at this Tim Hortons 3-5 times a week (during the mornings). You can tell staff are not at the till when taking an order as you have to repeat it MULTIPLE times. Furthermore, staff are not prepared to interact with guests. For example, asking for a tray or napkins earns you a "deer in headlights look". It's very disappointing, the primary focus seems to be pushing cars through as fast as possible with no consideration to the customers spending their hard-earned money. I had a wonderful experience this evening at Tim Hortons. The evening staff were so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. My order was prepared quickly, everything was fresh, and the team worked with such a positive attitude. It really made my visit enjoyable after a long day. Great job to the evening crew—thank you for the excellent service!
I came through the drive-thru this evening around 5 pm and the friendliness at the window really stood out. The staff greeted me with a genuine smile, made sure my order was right, and their positive attitude made the visit feel special
