Just a bad experience with mel. She is very rude and a she doesn’t know how to talk with customers. She mistreated me and she doesn’t know hoe to serve the customers. I order a donut and I said to her to little bit heated the donut. She give me over heated donut and its totally burnt.
Over charged me - lied about a refund - got my entire order wrong and this wasn’t even through the drive thru - I brought it up and they said I was wrong. Tim hortons is shit.

Amer was very approachable and gives as warm welcome.Sure will come back
