The slowest Tim Hortons drive through I have ever experienced.
Just had a disappointing experience with Mel. She was not personable at all, and it felt like taking our order was an inconvenience to her. If you’re going to work in customer service, attitude matters — and unfortunately, hers made us feel unwelcome. Not the right line of work for someone who makes customers feel like a bother.
Avoid it!! Miss charge. Was supposed to issue me refund, but charge me again. Worst to happen!
Could not give me one beverage because they said they had an incoming order of 22 ice cappuccino’s and then mocked me and said if I want a watery iced cappuccino, I could get one that was watered down. This is before they even took the order. I understand if your machine cannot keep up with capacity, but to mock me is not acceptable I will not be returning to your store because of this. In fact, I am deleting the Tim Hortons app and will no longer be a customer of Tim Hortons. 1891 Front Rd, LaSalle, ON N9J 2B8
