Despite the chaotic location, the staff there manage to maintain consistent and constant focus on their tasks at hand, ensuring that their customers have a positive experience no matter what gets thrown their way. The team is always friendly, welcoming, and often remembers familiar faces, which adds such a personal touch to every visit. No matter how you order, the level of speed and accuracy this team delivers isn't easy to achieve, but they make it look effortless. Came in for a couple coffees and a wrap. There were 6 staff that I counted. Plus management in the back. 2 other customers in front of me. Usually this place is pretty busy but today it wasn’t. There were two food orders in front of me. After 8 min they hadn’t even started on my wrap and I saw that the clock time on the craveable before me was over 10 min.
