Been coming to this tim hortons for a long time, one of the benefits to this one is that because they are in a kiosk they don't have food or drive through and tend to get through customers a lot quicker. This is no longer the case. over the last little bit management and staff seem to have de prioritized quick customer service. There was a couple people in line tonight before 10pm, instead of serving us, we were turned away the minute it turned 10pm even though we were in line for 10-15mins prior. A woman was very upset and voice she was a cancer patient, and multiple employees of the hospital were turned away. He was then seen serving someone at 10:15pm. Incredibly poor service. If I could give this employee 0 stars I would.

Besides the rude woman saying, “What do you want”? I had eggshells in my wrap. I feel like I’m going to throw up.

If I could give no stars I would. Nothing is ever in stock, the workers have major attitude every time Ive gone. They constantly mess up your order. I have been improperly charged a few times. There are many other Tim Hortons in the area - avoid this one at all costs.
