I was on my break and ordered a chai tea latte and potato wedges. While I received the tea quickly, the wedges took the entire break time to prepare. I was just standing there waiting, and right when my break was over, they finally said the wedges were ready. It’s really frustrating—food should be prepared in a timely manner, especially during busy hours. It’s not the customer’s fault to wait 20 minutes for a simple order. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Good staff and atmosphere but castlegar Tim Hortons is better.
I absolutely look forward to getting coffee at this location. Only because the staff here are absolutely amazing.They go above and beyond and they always have a beautiful smile on their face. Thank you.
We were just stopping through and placed a large order for our family of 4. They worked super hard and I really appreciated the customer service there.
