The french vanilla tasrws like hot water. I've brought this up many times to mamagement and it has become even more diluted. Itnis my fault that I kept coming back to this location with the thought process that it would change:(.
This place is worse to oder French vanilla .every time I buy French vanilla from here taste is being horrible 🤬
On Sunday, March the 15th, my boyfriend and I decided to get lunch at this location. We waited over 20 mins for a bagel and a wrap which ended up being poorly made. I had to use my fingers to spread the cream cheese on my bagel which was also cold by the time it got to me. The staff were running around in chaos and switching work stations with each other every few minutes and not communicating properly about customer orders.
