Not a nice experience. Ordered two coffees with the app. Proceeded to wait under the "pick up your online orders here". After 5 mins i inquired about my drinks. Someone said that she was working on on them. After another few minutes a manager inquired about my drinks and the cleck pointed towards the other side of the bar, where they were sitting for a while. I ordered online and still had to wait a long time for my drink. On top of that, the Marshmallow Cold Brew I got here was the worst I’ve ever had. It’s usually my favorite drink at other Tim Hortons, but at this location both the service and the taste were disappointing. Definitely not coming back.
Staff past 7 hardly speak English. They don’t have 75 percent of the items on the menu. 24 hours for what?
Every time I travel to Canada I must make a stop at Tim Hortons, there coffee is always fesh. I tried the donut holes 4/5 were delicious. I gave the service a 1 (would have given a 0 if I could) because the manager was yelling at an employee in front of other employees and customers, do better Tim Hortons on training your management. How you treat your employees is a reflection of senior leadership.
They were annoyed that I was ordering two meals then didn’t give extra bacon after I paid for the extra!!
