I went through Tim’s, island highway location at about 8:15am, Everything was great except when we got too the window, we got handed our food and drinks, but then as we drove away and tasted our food and drinks. The Caramel ice coffee with extra caramel, Had no Caramel, Or sugar. It was so bitter. Then they also didn’t add sugar into our medium dark roast. Terrible service. Rude staff that are always rushing you. They barely speak or understand English. They charge you wrong and get mad when you ask. Your order is basically thrown out the window at you. Also don't assume debit everytime. I want to scan my tims card for rewards first!
