Its a tim hortons but it feels like a gamble every time for your service, today I went and ordered coffee for my house, I pulled up and asked for a double double and 2 ice caps, the person on the screen only inserted 1 ice cap. I reclarifed and said no 2 ice caps they said okay 2, and pulled forward. When I got to the windows they hadn't made 2 ice caps, when I asked about it they looked at me and said well we only charged you for 1, then just stared at me until i left. The app only lets us order from this location but the order will be wrong and half missing every single time. I’m not looking for perfection, I know it’s fast food. Just looking to get 90 percent of what I paid for. Also when I pick an item that says that it has cold foam, put the cold foam on the drink please
They will literally mistake every single aspect of your order. It'll be right on the receipt but prepared completely incorrectly

Zero star I am allergic to chicken and this is third time they sent wrong order. I talked to them last time too about this. I don’t know why there is so much carelessness. Wont order from here again.
