The customer service here is FABULOUS! Especially the worker who helped me this this morning Hui! She was very kind and helpful. Very pleased with my service :)
What a miserable experience, not only are the staff useless but they can't even do their jobs right. Was the only person in line waiting over 5 minutes just to order, one of them even made eye contact but just continued working. Over $8 for just two med iced caps is outrageous The side door is also a major tripping hazard but would make for an easy lawsuit perhaps
Worst service of any coffee shop ever. Went in to pick up my mobile order and had to wait 35 minutes. Tried to ask staff for help, to check on my order and figure out why it was taking so long, and they would make eye contact but refuse to actually do anything to help.
