Double slow
They wait for you to ask about your order instead of calling out the name or number. The guy at the counter was pointlessly rude. The coffee was served at room temperature instead of hot.
The store was not busy, but the workers behaved like they were swamped.
Staff over there was too slow. Customers were waiting unattended more than 15 minutes & after processing order that time extra. That's too much. And many customers left the place.
