I recently visited Tim Hortons and had one of my best experiences ever. The girl who served me, Kiran, was extremely polite and kind. She always had a warm smile on her face, which made my day. I was really impressed by how hardworking she was—she was managing everything on her own, and that’s not an easy job. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stood out. Because of her service, this visit became my best experience at Tim Hortons.
