I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I clearly asked for no hash brown in my croissant, but it was added to my order anyway. When I politely pointed out that my order was incorrect, the staff were rude instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. Mistakes can happen, but the way customers are treated when they bring up an issue matters a lot. The customer service is ridiculous. I ordered and the guy who took my order was touching a stick that was in his mouth and after taking order he started making my coffee. He didn’t even washed the hands and was not wearing gloves. When i asked him to wear gloves the other employee took over was way rude to me asked me to stand on the side. After they gave the wrong coffee to other than said that’s mine but when i checked that was not mine. I mean seriously guys. This is how you work ?
I didn't think you were allowed to have a coffee shop without a washroom for customers
