Hey team, I'm a regular customer at this location and usually come here for my daily drink. I wanted to share feedback about ongoing service from employee Lia. This is not the first time. Every time I visit when she's working, she's rude and makes faces at customers. Today it went further, I paid for one paper bag, asked the cashier if I could have a second and pay for it, and he agreed. There's clearly a dynamic between the staff of who will call out the mobile orders even when they were aware there's a few to call out. They were blatantly ignoring them. None of them seems to want to give in and be the one to call it. Observing this as a customer was rather irritating as a group of us were waiting and standing.
