I visited this Tim Hortons today and had a very bad experience. employees treated me very poorly. They gave my order at the very end, and when I mentioned that my order was extremely late, they made a rude face at me. My friends had already told me before that the staff at this location treats customers badly, and today I experienced it myself. I will not be coming back to this Tim Hortons location again.
So slow here. They never have enough staff and it takes forever.
Terrible layout. Filthy tables and display cases. Drug paraphernalia in the men's room and then to top it all off saw a rat scurrying around among the tables and into a gap behind the service area. Staff seemed to be very laid back about the whole thing which was even more worrying. Definetly DO NOT eat anything from here as there is no guarantee that the food is being stored safely away from the rats.
