The staff were extremely slow.
This is not a great Tim Hortons I'm afraid. I ordered a chai steeped tea with almond milk and at their 3rd attempt they got the order just about drinkable. The location was close to my hotel so convenient but I won't go back. First drink I got was a chai latte. I never even mentioned the word latte when I ordered. The second attempt was so so sweet I have no idea what they put in it but I had to return to the store as it was undrinkable. My third cup was just about drinkable but they put far too much milk in. I ordered “small” americano, but I got a large one, which can happen. But the (northeast, probably) asian lady here said “so sorry” without even looking at me, no sincerity at all. She needs further training to learn how to deal with customers.
