I’ve ordered through mobile app and I know how slow the service on this specific location so I gave them more time. I was waiting at the pick up counter and a lady just look at the people who are waiting for their orders and walked away. Twinkle and her team working today (April 21, 2026) really put the Tim Hortons name to shame. I had placed a mobile order request a drink, and some food orders. When I got there, my drink was ready yet. My food was not. I had politely declined the first time to take my drink as I have had previous experience experiences where I took my drink and they forgot about my food order so I wanted to take everything all at the same time. Asked for a farmers wrap and the lady manager asked sausage or bacon and I said sausage. When my order came out the staff made two sausage muffins. I told the manager who took my order that I wanted farmers wrap. The manager then rolled her eyes right in front of me looking at the person making the food to make me a farmers wrap. The staff then only made one farmers wrap when I paid for two. This location the staff does not listen and seems annoyed. Highly encourage everyone to not go to this location.
I usually go to Tim Hortons when I feel on budget, but to be honest it’s not that a budget friendly coffee shop although it looks like it anyway this Tim Horton is crowded than the other stores around and I don’t feel fancy inside it. No self-serving monitors, staff per friendly and the food is okay not memorable. I got a latte with a full loaded croissant double stacked and stuff chocolate muffin which cost me 11.50. It was a meh experience.
