Came in today at 5pm and no chili, now or for the rest of the day. Why would you advertise chili and then just refuse to have it prepared during normal business hours hours?
The woman at the front counter wearing glasses was not very friendly. As a first-time customer, I just asked for clarification about the ingredients, but she sounded impatient and raised her voice. It was an unpleasant experience. The food was fine, but the service was terrible.
I ordered a pumpkin latte with whip cream. I left and jumped in my car and realized there was no whipped cream and it was cold as if the milk was not steamed. It was basically a non sweetened cold latte. I had to stop at another coffee shop to add sugar.I won't be going back.
