At 4:30, I went in to buy a black iced coffee, but the female staff told me they didn’t have it. Then I asked if they had a Frappuccino or IceCap, and she said no as well — even though I literally just saw someone walking out holding one. She still insisted they didn’t have any. I usually buy from Tim Hortons all the time, but this time the service felt completely unhelpful and not attentive at all. Honestly, I’d recommend maybe just staying home if you’re not in the mood to work or serve customers properly.
I enjoy coming to this location , the service is great and always greeted with friendly smiles great service
