These guys are always slammed and deserve higher praise than a 2.3 stars overall. They're always nice to me.
The employees really need to learn how to read the order, follow the build chart and especially how to treat the customers. Tanveer was the absolute worst team member ever, lol idk what he is arrogant about? You work at a customer service position kindly act the same.
There's no much to say about this Tim Hortons location besides that it is located at Langara College's cafeteria. The service has been faster in other Tim Hortons locations.
Horrible experience at this tim hortons . Order vanilla iced latte and a chicken wrap . Did mobile order and Specifically on my order it says extra sweetener and extra espresso shot but they never added anything , That coffee simply tasted like water with ice in it , may be they just put few drop of milk and sugar in it, was very awful . Also asked them for to change it but gave me the same iced latte again as i tasted it before and had my lipstick mark on the cup , the chicken in the wrap gave a very strange odour.
