This is the world's worst Tim Hortons. Service is extremely slow, often over 20 minutes just to get a drink and even longer if you want food. The staff are untrained and mismanaged, not their fault but definitely makes the service quality abysmal. It's also ridiculously busy despite all of this, so it's never worth getting anything here. Cannot make a cup of tea to save their lives, even with all of the times I've gone in hopeful that maybe this time they won't screw up my order. I literally waited 40 mins for my order only to get completely ignored all the time and ended up leaving cause she didn’t even do anything about my order. So basically I paid for nothing. Worst experience of my life. Kept waiting hungry for nothing
No donuts after 6pm. All out of it and no resupply. Many people rush for donuts
I ordered potato wedges and a donut, the food was good but I waited an hour and was late to my class, any other Tim Hortons would’ve taken like 5 minutes.
