Lady agent was so rude just ask for washroom key she yelled me . Whoever there manger is please teach them about customer service i was there 4.05 pm monday if you want check you camera
I had a very bad experience today at this Tim Hortons — and honestly, it’s not the first time. The same girl at the counter has been rude to me before too. The first time, I gave order for chai tea’s , but she made a mistake. When I asked boy to correct it, he was very polite and fixed it right away. Today, I ordered a chai tea, and again she punched order for steeped tea instead chai tea . When I said, “No, I ordered chai tea,” she got rude with me for no reason.
