This location is absolutely horrible — honestly, HORRIBLE doesn’t even feel strong enough to describe it. I’ve visited this place 6-7 times over the past 2-3 weeks, hoping things would improve, but every single visit has been a huge disappointment. They are never great. Even though it’s right next to the Skytrain station (where you’d expect quick service), it takes around 10 minutes just to get a simple coffee. I think you hired a new punjabi guy not capable of making orders i think proper training has not been provided he doesn’t even knew what i have ordered i ordered regular protein quencher but he kept making frozen quencher for 2 times and threw it away third time i asked him to refund he doesn’t even knew how to refund took him 5 minutes to only refund me and while this all happening 7-8 people was waiting to order
Best food and getting orders on time
This place is horrible customer service. You are guaranteed to be continuously ignored if you’re at the mobile order queue. No matter how many times you say excuse me to the staff to grab their attention. And the manager is equally pathetic to not change this attitude. Either hire competent employees or shut your mobile service down. You will be waiting long to get any attention of the staff to ask for your mobile order.
