I ordered a coffee and he got my order wrong and then he tried to gaslight me and tell me it was because of my order, and then the other server said the same thing. As if just in this one Tim Hortons etablishment, my coffee results in a very dark colour. Either that or they are using watered down milk. Wheres the cream!
Ordered an iced matcha latte but was given a hot matcha instead.. Didn’t have the energy to say anything
I’m here all the time and the staff are always great. I only give the atmosphere a lower score because of the vagrants that are often at this location. The staff can only do so much about them but aside from that this location always gets my order right.
My experience is good I am in regular
Very bad service I ordered a coffee and a cookie and got very pathetic service, one staff worker to do the hole front areas. I'm not coming to this Tim's Hortense location any more.
