came in early in the morning to get coffee, and unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The female staff member who was skinny and wearing glasses was quite rude and arrogant. She didn’t know how to speak politely to customers and her attitude was unwelcoming. The management should provide proper customer service training to staff and teach them how to communicate respectfully

To be honest worst Tim Horton service ever. Being Indian myself such embarrassing that staff kept talking with each other loudly laughing while taking order. Other customers came to get their order corrected and they started making faces and talking to other staff and kept laughing. Then for my order, despite giving clear order and repeating they still got wrong order. No napkins in holder. No doubt we get so much hate from other communities. Such bad representation of Tim’s .

There are some serious staffing issues at this Tim Hortons location that need to be addressed ASAP. The service is poor to almost non-existent, creating a terrible atmosphere for customers. My coworkers and I have been to this location numerous times in the past few weeks, and every single one of us has had an issue with our orders, as well as the poor service. It's really too bad, as this doesn't reflect the level of service that I've experienced at other Tim's locations.
