The service during the evening is very poorly managed. Only one employee was handling both taking orders and serving customers, which resulted in long waiting times. When I asked about the delay, the employee explained that the manager had refused the suggestion to schedule at least one additional staff member for the evening shift. The owner should take this issue seriously. Good customer service depends on adequate staffing, and if this continues, the business becomes zero from hero.
Lined up and took several minutes to be acknowledged as I stood at the til while others did mobile order. Took forever to get my order. Had egg shells in my food. Staff looked very overworked and not happy. I don’t think this is a good working environment and the owner needs to figure it out
Worst as always. Asked for Less ice. Instead of doing that they just wrote it on cup. How come 12/13 cube of ice is considered less ice! And let’s not talk about the girl that took order. Seems like someone forced her to come to work today.
