What happened to Tim Hortons? This location used to be half decent, now it’s immensely understaffed, the self serve kiosk, app, and actual inventory of items do not match at all between each other. Just a very poor, sad experience in comparison as to what it used to be. Also, they took away four cheese bagels and argued “we choose items based on popularity and you can go to a different store to get what you want”. Bad business model.
Came in for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Received a sandwich full of cold raw uncooked bacon. Pretty disappointing and disgusting. Went back in only to discovery they were still using the vat of uncooked bacon on other sandwiches. This is a serious health concern. Waited 15 minutes for them to actually cook the bacon while orders stacked up. If management receives this message please double down on your staff training and food safe awareness.
Just went here for lunch. Got a grill cheese, potatoe wedges and a small double double. Just a suggestion, perhaps have your team member cut the grilled cheese sandwich in half. It will be easier to handle and eat
Do not order from this store at all. I ordered rice bowl with ice Capp from DoorDash. They delivered only ice Capp and I tried calling them, they didn’t pick up my call either. DoorDash wasn’t much of help either. My money was wasted so was my time. Never ordering from this store ever again. You guys have clearly stolen money from people just because it was ordered online.
