First they messed up the order in drive through then, I had to wait and finally got the order. Later on the parking lot opened the order and realized there was no spoon for the chilly soup. Drove back to the drive through and asked for spoon, the guy gave the spoon, but why he looked so mad I dnt understand. No greeting no apology nothing. Pathetic customer service. Coffee is always great
I have now been to this branch twice in last couple weeks where I have been told they've run out of hash browns. This morning...9.30 AM...I wanted a breakfast box and coffee....this early in the morning and you've already run out of hash browns??? That's a staple ingredient! Then I'm asked if I want to double on something else...well I don't have a choice. It should be given for free if you can't complete the order that is listed on your menu...or take it off the menu...or tell me when ordering you dont have...why wait till ... read more
