Staff never smiling or courteous, never any manners, or greetings. Always seems to be the customers fault that they have to do work. Here frequently for breakfast, breakfast sandwich muffin or biscuit rarely toasted. Sadly I dislike McDonald’s or I’d go somewhere else for my coffee. I’ve tipped $5+ on a coffee only order and not even a nod of acknowledgement. Went in to order flat bread pizza, no flat bread. Managed to at least get my French Vanilla, but a staff member had to smack the machine to get it to finish brewing resulting in the most watery drink I've had from this location.
Lots of fast food options. If your going in to grab a coffee you will probably have a wait as it is not just a coffee donut shop anymore but a full food menu service. Also they tend to prioritize the drive through window more than the inside counter service which can be timely.
I always have great experience. Great coffee and beverages. Great customer service.
