I went in and ordered and paid then waited 30 minutes to get my food, but while waiting the workers asked me two additional times what i was waiting for and what i ordered. then once i got my food i didn’t have the sauce on the side like i asked and waited an additional 5-10 minutes to get someone else’s attention to say i didn’t get my sauce on the side. this tim hortans is always very slow for me and 90% of the time mixes up the orders, sincerely Ethan Scanlon
The lady on the drive thru was rude. Impatience written all over her face. Neither helpful nor emphathetic.
Terrible service what happened to the old Tim hortons no customer service at all absurdly bad workers
