Today, April 3 @ 7:45 am while lining up at the till saw a big rat inside, roaming around in the area behind the counter very bad experience

Worst tim hortons in city , either they have one person working or it takes 20 minutes to get a coffee , I finished work an legit wanted a quick doughnut and after the only employee working there from what I could see continued to work and ignore me is honestly just ridiculous, this tim hortons is the only one consistently doing dumb things fix up man.
Best team member, Anita, so kind and graceful
Anita has great skills of customer service and she is so polite and calm .
