The night time employee kajal is so sweet and hardworking. Even all the employees are so cooperative and clam even if the site location is little risky and tough
This experience was extremely disappointing. I waited over 10 minutes without anyone taking my order while staff were busy gossiping. I was already running late for work, and on top of that, I didn’t even receive what I ordered. This is not acceptable. I strongly suggest the manager or owner address customer service standards with the staff, because this level of service reflects very poorly on the business.
Typically go everyday, Monday to Friday, to this Tim Hortons for a mid-day coffee during work.
