made online order went and waitied for 20 minutes had to leave because my lunch break was over and was refused a refund asked to speak to manager and they walked away called multiple times and my call was ended everytime i called rang once and ended
No one at front counter had to wait.. there was two employees chit-chatting in drive thru they clearly saw me waiting but didn't even call for some one to help or both to even acknowledge me.....Tim Horton has gone down hill all across bc there is no more standards anymore...I'm over it !
