I don't usually mind the wait at tims but the girl gurpreet was very rude. I was there in the line and the store was almost empty. She was just busy talking to her buddy. When she was taking my order she starting making wierd faces as if I was annouying her as I was placing my order. And then she starting making the sandwich bare hands. The worst experience. Should not be working there if you cannot do the job.

The staff can’t get a simple coffee order right. I asked for an XL Coffee (no mention of anything in it). You’d expect that they would give you just a coffee like asked. Instead I was given an XL Coffee with milk. If I wanted any sort of milk or sweetener in it, I’d ask for that. But requesting an “XL coffee” means that. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated. It wouldn’t be a big deal if I could just drink it, but I am allergic to dairy.
