Hello I live in Prince Rupert where the coffee is always fresh and enjoy daily...the Tim Hortons here is very slow and the coffee always tastes off...like the machine needs cleaning
This Tim Hortons and the other location in Terrace are competing for the worst I’ve ever been to. I have been consistently met with wrong orders, long waits, and staff who do not know their own menu.
I showed up at 6 AM, an hour after the restaurant was supposed to open at 5, and not a single person was there. I watched all the employees slowly show up while a long line of cars waited at the drive-through. Then, when they finally opened the doors, they refused to even make food because the bakery ‘wasn’t open yet.’ Completely unacceptable and a total waste of everyone’s time.
