What a shame. Went into the bathroom toilet over flowing with shit and piss no toilet paper dispenser. Out of order urinal that was over flowing with piss. Absolutely disgusting that a food establishment was this disgusting.
This Tim Hortons the drive thru you always wait so long sometimes I waited 10-15 minutes before I heard from someone. Better off going inside.
Not one to post reviews but the man serving us this morning was just horrible at customer service, and unfortunately staff were not wearing name tags. He was more than unfriendly and speaking rudely to myself and another customer after me. Being inside a hospital I would hope staff would know to at least be kind, maybe even more kind than other locations. The lady who brought our food out however was friendlier, but unfortunately the prior experience left such a bad taste in my mouth.
