Waited for my mobile order for more than 10 minutes in the store, while I already placed the order earlier. I was just a M coffee double double and should not take 10 minutes to prepare…
I went there and asked the cashier twice for less ice, but she didn’t hear me either time. Then, I spoke to a guy named Mohit and reiterated my request for less ice. Instead of remaking my drink, the girl threw ice in front of me from the cup and added extra coffee without the espresso foam. I told Mohit that I wanted a refund because that service was inappropriate. He responded by telling me to “get lost” and that he didn’t care. I was at this location around 3:11 PM when I witnessed a disturbing incident. A girl had received the wrong order and was trying to speak to a guy named Mohit about it. She wanted a refund because her drink was made too wrong. Instead of addressing her concerns, Mohit began shouting and using curse words. It's unacceptable for someone in customer service to behave that way, regardless of their personal issues. Today was a horrible experience for me at Tim Hortons. I've been a regular customer, going there every other day, but today was the worst day of my life at this location. A staff member named Mohit was extremely disrespectful. He didn’t know how to acknowledge mistakes and even started cursing at customers, telling them to leave. Too little choices of baked goods, workers talk to much to each other, sometimes there like 10 employees working at 1 time. The homeless guy outside who wears a jean jacket sits on a milk crate verbally abuses almost every customer and no one does anything about it.
