Customer service was very rude and slow, If I ordered on mobile 15 minutes before, it means it should be prepared at that time. And it was steep tea, which barely takes 2 minutes to prepare and still I got the wrong order. Bad start to my day.
Hi team (if you can even call it that), This is absolutely disgusting. This isn’t the first time — it’s happened multiple times now, and I’m fed up. I clearly ordered an Egg and Cheese Farmer’s Wrap, which obviously means no sausage. But once again, your staff messed it up and gave me a sausage wrap. Do you even train your people? I had ordered 3 butter croissants with hashbrowns in it along with two large cold brews last saturday on 26th july at around 7:09 am. When i take my order and get to work, turns out there was no hashbrowns in croissants. Located inside the mall. Usually busy, but service is good. Food is mostly fresh and good.
I visited Tim Hortons recently hoping to get an Iced Americano, but was disappointed to find out they didn’t have it available. It’s one of my go-to drinks, so it was a bit frustrating. It would be great to see more variety and consistency in the drink options.
