We went to tim today and asked for a bagel with cream cheese. The staff was using the same gloves for sausages and the bagel. We just asked to change the gloves and the lady started throwing food and argued with us. She said that we should inform before. So is it my responsibility to tell her that she should change her gloves after touching meat and other surfaces. Is this according to food safe protocols? Do they even have food safe?
I ordered something today and the frustrating experience was that the staff member named Debbie was so rude. She don't know how to handle order to customers. She was yelling on other customers as well and have no manners. Please teach her how to speak atleast.
I have been visiting this location for 2 years. I never liked the iced coffee but this time the iced coffee tasted amazing. Hats off to the girl who made it with extra cream without even asking for it. Made my day..
