Terrible poor customer service. They know there store is getting busy instead of taking orders and work fastly they are just looking at the rush and making beverages so slowly like they don't know how to make it. Wait 10 mins in the line and got no response from the staff.

Great service at this Tim Hortons. Even though it’s a very busy location, the staff are quick to get your order ready. Maria was especially efficient and friendly. Despite my order being quite large, she handled it quickly.
