They are so unorganized. First day walked in and wait half hour for a bagel and ice capp. Why?????? Second day tried drive thru....horrible. We paid, no food or drinks ready so made us drive and park in front. Someone came out with drinks only after 10 mins (ice capp and coffee) and asked if we paid yet?? Yes paid in drive thru. Then 10 mins wait again we had to go into the store to ask for the 2 bagels. Guess what nobody knows about it. Asked if we paid again!!! We went there today and left our phone . We saw our phone location and when we went back and asked the employees they told us they don’t have anything and denied about anyone handing over the phone . Our phone kept ringing still they are we have nothing on us and we heard the phone ringing when we went close to the cashier. Then they gave us the phone . We had an horrible incident. Stay away from this place . Worst Tim Hortons ever .
