I’ve honestly never had such a disappointing experience at a Tim Hortons. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of offering good customer service, they used foul language and acted like serving customers was a burden. It’s frustrating when you come in expecting a simple coffee and snack, but you’re treated with zero respect. This kind of behavior completely ruins the experience. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d recommend others think twice before going here too.

Service is quite slow, they've gotten my order wrong several times, though I try to be patient. They are rude to students, (though I'm not talking about the 3 students at a time rule or disrespectful students.) Most of the time I've been in there we had to clean the tables ourselves. The 3 student at time rule is also so stupid. Because I keep getting skipped ahead in line by others even though I waited outside in the cold for over a half hour.
