This time Hortons has got to be the worst one in Canada. You always have to wait in a 20 minute drive thru. Like they are not working in there
They never get your order right even when I repeat it 3 times. I know children with better listening skills. I’d rather go to McDonald’s for coffee now
25 min wait to get to the front of the line with 3 people in front of me. Then another 10 min to get my order. The lady gives me my coffee immediately and then tells me she doesn’t do the food. 8-9 staff working. Absolutely ridiculous service. 35 mins waiting!
