Poor customer service— the girl who served my habanero chicken didn’t even include napkins and was nonchalant about it. She pointed where the napkins are and was trying to say that I should get it.. like I don’t get it, I used to work in fast-food before and we always include them all the time. They need to speak up and need to work more on their customer service — please stop wasting your customer’s time. Dear Owners, you guys need to train your employees for customer relations and be more efficient with the service.
Very bad..coffee never right and can barely speak English
I experienced a 10-minute wait to place my order of three donuts, which unfortunately were not freshly baked. This resulted in a highly unsatisfactory experience.
