Wrong order but was corrected immediately. Longer wait on a weekend, pretty consistent across all locations. 5 stars for service. 3 stars because of parking lot layout and lack of maintenance
Yesterday at lunchtime I bought a coffee and a mini box of Tim bits. Two donuts were missing. The box had 8, but there should have been 10! Check your order immediately upon receipt! I don't think this is an isolated incident. The staff should be ashamed. Never paid attention to quantities before. But it was small box. Very frustrating.☹️
I cannot believe this! For the second time in almost as many days, Tim Hortons says they don't have hash browns! First they did, then I got to the window, and now they didn't. How can you have breakfast serving and not have the thing that is literally in everything! Not only that, the manager said they DID have hash browns but it would be 56 seconds. SO TIM HORTONS IS LITERALLY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE THINGS BECAUSE THEY'RE TOO LAZY TO MAKE THEM OR ASK A CUSTOMER TO WAIT. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL. Train your people to do a better job
Stopped to get a coffee to warm up from our motorcycle ride, and the coffee was most likely expired and almost cold. Really disappointed, I placed a mobile order at 7:20 pm from the parking lot and couldn't get in to the store because the doors were locked, and they gave me a hard time for knocking on the drive thru window because we were on motorcycles couldn't exactly drive up to get coffee then they finally opened the window and I explained we were on bikes. Definitely won't be returning to this location.
